Integrating with the Internet of Things that allows smart devices to talk to us, applications and each other meaning that when used with a service like IFTTT (If This, Then That) you can create automated tasks linking third-party smart devices to each other.
For example, if your home security camera detects movement you could have it trigger the lights to come on to give you a clearer picture. You can even arrange for your home lighting to come on in wake-up mode when your Alexa alarm goes off or even change the light to cool white to alter the ambience of a room.
The WiZ system can manage up to 10,000 lights and is only limited by network restrictions.
THE ULTIMATE LIGHTING CONTROL APP
The heart of the WiZ system is the App which is easy to use and is available to download from the App Store or Google Play for use on a multitude of devices.
The App is a professional grade lighting control system. Standing out from other lighting control apps with its scalability; it can effortlessly manage hundreds of lights in multiple locations. The App will guide you through pairing your luminaires, then how to control, group, schedule and set scenes.
MULTIPLE HOMES:

3 TYPES OF SCHEDULES:
1) ACTIVE SCHEDULES
• Per light mode (including brightness change) and per room
• With a beginning and an end (which can revert back to the previous mode)
2) SCHEDULED PRE-SETS
• With between 2 and 5 phases that can be customized by the user
• Background schedules that can be triggered by voice, IFTTT-like event (e.g. geofencing) etc.
• Well-being meets energy saving (dimming preference)
3) VACATION MODE
• Simple scheduled events to simulate presence in the morning and evening while you are not there, automatically disabling your scheduled events enabled/disabled by the flick of a switch

SECURITY
WiZ take security very seriously, all WiZ enabled luminaires and controllers offer the very latest in security features. When you sign up and use the system only “Big Data” is gathered. Big Data gathers the analytic data which helps identify key trends or patterns on how a product is being used. This will enable WiZ to comprehend what you, as a consumer need and how you are using the products. All without knowing any personal information about you.
All the data gathered is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.2, TLS 1.2 (the same standard that should be used by any Website accepting credit card payments). The Transport Layer Security protocol ensures that digital devices can communicate over the internet without the transmission being vulnerable or intercepted by an outside audience. If someone was to hack your WiZ products and were successful, the most they could achieve is the ability to switch your luminaires on or off. All devices use two firmware slots with fallback firmware.
