After having a certain systematic understanding of LED street lights, I believe that everyone is also curious about the composition of LED street lights, so let's analyze the main components of LED street lights.
LED street lights are mainly composed of 5 major components:
1. LED light source: LED light source is divided into high-power LED, low-power LED, and LED module. Lighting is achieved through a lighting system. Lighting system includes: heat dissipation, light distribution.
2. LED street lamp head: LED light source and lighting system are installed in the lamp head. Conductor installation by cutting wires. The outer cover of the lamp head is made of high temperature resistant, high light transmittance, and impact-resistant tempered glass, and the outer shell of the lamp head is formed by die-casting aluminum die-casting.
3. Light poles: The main materials of LED street light poles are: equal-diameter steel pipes, heterosexual steel pipes, equal-diameter aluminum pipes, cast aluminum light poles, and aluminum alloy light poles. Commonly used diameters are Φ60, Φ76, Φ85, Φ100, Φ114, Φ140, and Φ165. According to the height and the place used, the thickness of the selected material is divided into: wall thickness 2.5, wall thickness 3.0, and wall thickness 3.5. (Above are regular sizes)
4. LED drive power supply: The power supply plays the role of an engine during the use of LED street lamps. LED street lamps have high requirements for current, and the output current of constant current LED power supply is constant, and has high efficiency and low loss. Therefore, it is ideal to use a constant current drive circuit to drive the LED.
5. Flange plate and foundation embedded parts: The flange plate is an important component for the installation of LED street light poles and the ground, and is generally connected to the main pole with triangular ribs. LED street lamp installation method: Before installing LED street lamps, according to the standard flange size provided by the manufacturer, use M16 or M20 (commonly used specifications) screw rods to weld the base cage into a basic cage, and then dig a suitable size pothole at the installation site. The foundation cage is placed in it, and after the level is corrected, it is poured with cement concrete to fix the foundation cage. After 3-7 days, the cement concrete is fully solidified, and the street lamp can be installed. (Note: The pre-buried pipelines need to be led out when the foundation of the LED street lamp is poured).
