The WIZ Waterproof RGBTW controller uses advanced wireless technology and can connect to a Wi-Fi network for remote control via an app on your smartphone or tablet. Users can select different light modes, adjust color and brightness through the app to achieve personalized lighting effects.

The controller supports the control of RGBTW (red, green, blue, white, warm white) five color light sources, which can create colorful lighting effects. Not only can you adjust different colors of light, but you can also adjust the color temperature of white and warm white to meet the lighting needs in different scenes.

FAQ

 

1. Can i pair lights if my phone is on 3G/4G network?

    No, you need to be on the Wi-Fi network you want to use to pair the lights.

2. The automatic firmware does not complete. What do i do?

   Wait 10 min, then power off the light and back on. please re-do pairing if there is no charge.

3.Bluetooth in WiZ VS Bluetooth in Hue what are the differences?

  As of today, WiZ only uses Bluetooth to make pairing smoother, but not as core system layer. We plan to use bluetooth to enable local control in 2021.

  Hue uses bluetooth for getting started with local control  of up to 10 lights in one room. You will need to add a bridge to upgrade to full access of all the features of the Hue system.

4. My family wants to control the lights too. Does he/she need to connect them to his/her phone as well?

   No, there is no need to redo pairing. Just invite him/her in the system.

5. Do i need to reset my light to put it in another room?

   No. Simple open the setting of the light and change its location.
