Q: What is the warranty period of your product?
A: 3years
Q: What about your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment. Details could be negotiate after cooperation.
Q: Can you support OEM and ODM designs?
A: Yes. OEM and ODM design are welcome. We have experienced R&D team and professionaltest equipments.
Q: What is the delivery time for the order?
A: For samples 3-5 days; For bulk orders, it takes 30-35 days according to the order quantity and produciton schedule; For customized products, it takes about 60 days, including mold opening.
Q: How is the quality of your products? Do you have quality control?
A: We have strict quality control system from raw materials to finsihed products. Implement ISO9001:2015 international quality management system.
Q: How often do you perform aging testing on your products?
A: For our mature and market-proven old products, we usually perform at least 2 hours of aging testing. For new products, we will conduct a 24-hour aging test to ensure the quality.
