Q: Can you get LED spotlight Light?

A: Generally speaking, there are three types of LED spotlights: K-Pro and kyrin. 

Q: Are LED spotlights worth it?

A: If you want to improve the way light falls in your home, LEDs are the answer. Even with bulb replacement, you can see improved light focus. The issue with incandescent bulbs is that they cast light all over the room. If you need task lighting, you get less focused light, and also contend with more shadows.

Q: Can you use WiZ app away from home?

A: FROM HOME OR FAR AWAY
With the WiZ app, you can control your lights from your hallway or your holidays-anywhere!

Q: Why does my WiZ light say offline?

A: Since WiZ lights use Wi-Fi, they will appear offline if your network fails or does not let them connect for some reason. If your Wi-Fi credentials have changed (e.g. you changed the Wi-Fi password), your lights will not be able to reconnect by themselves.

Q: Can WiZ lights be connected to multiple phones?

A: Per design, there is no limit to the number of devices you can have in a WiZ home. Our app V2 can comfortably run with more than 100 devices, without significant latency.

Q: How do I connect my WiZ to a new Wi-Fi?

A: Long press on the switch for 5 seconds or more, until the blinking pattern changes. - Tap on start, in the app. - Go in the Wi-Fi settings of your phone, and look for a WiZConfig-XXXX network. - Connect to it, then go back to the WiZ app to complete the pairing of your switch.
