Preparations for installation of LED street lights

 

1. Determine whether the weather during installation meets the outdoor high power working range.

2. Work trucks equipped with lifts, warning signs, recognition lights, etc.

3. Carefully count all components according to the cargo list and accessories list.

4. Check whether the components are damaged, bent or twisted, whether the zinc layer is damaged, whether the lamp head assembly is correct, power on and debug the light, and install and use only after passing the inspection.

5. The sign on each pole section indicates the pole type, order number, and number of sections. The weight of the rod is marked with a colored pen on the inside of the rod. Check whether the shipment is correct and whether the crane's lifting capacity is sufficient.

6. According to the maximum and minimum socket length provided on the drawing, mark the rod body for use when socketing.
