PLC System is an Option if:

● State rules make radio control illegal.

● Some physical impediments that cannot be avoided impede radio communication.

● A technology for remote control and status data transmission over AC power lines was created by BERSN and is known as the PLC Smart Lighting Control System.

● One concentrator (gateway) and a number of node controllers can communicate with one another using PoLINE. Each node has a distinct number, which enables the concentrator (gateway) to address each node separately. The gateway can also set up a network of nodes that are all connected to the same power line by sending commands to a single node, a group of nodes, or the entire network while continuously polling nodes for their status.


Function:


  • Logic control function: PLC can automatically control industrial processes based on pre-written logic programs. These logic programs are usually written in programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, or structured text, and can implement functions such as logical judgment, conditional branching, and loop control.


  • Data acquisition and processing: PLC can connect various sensors and actuators to collect various data in industrial processes in real time, such as temperature, pressure, flow, etc. It can process and analyze these data for control decisions and optimization adjustments.


  • Communication and networking functions: Modern PLC intelligent control systems usually support multiple communication protocols, which can communicate and exchange data with other devices, sensors, actuators and host computers to achieve collaborative work and remote monitoring between devices.


  • Fault diagnosis and alarm function: PLC intelligent control system can monitor the operating status of industrial equipment and systems, detect faults and abnormal conditions in a timely manner, and generate alarm information. It can also perform fault diagnosis to help engineers quickly locate and solve problems.


  • Programming and debugging functions: The PLC intelligent control system has a friendly programming interface and debugging tools. Engineers can use these tools to write, upload and debug control programs to achieve automated control of industrial processes.


  • Flexibility and scalability: PLC intelligent control system has high flexibility and scalability. Users can choose PLC controllers of different models and specifications according to actual needs, and flexibly adjust control strategies and parameters according to changes in industrial processes.
